呢篇係每日更新嘅家居／火險保費比較。保費直接由保險公司嘅網上報價引擎取得，並鎖定同一個基準方便對比：400 平方呎實用面積單位、每年繳費、基本計劃（未加自選保障）。保費一有變動，呢篇會自動更新。

- On this basis the cheapest is OneDegree Standard at HK$623.62 a year (tax included).
- These are base plans: building structure (fire), optional covers and a higher sum insured cost extra and change the price.
- Insurers band floor area differently: each row is the nearest published band to 400 sq ft (MSIG quotes on construction floor area, i.e. up to 500 sq ft).
- Cover limits come from each insurer's own plan table and list only the main items; excesses, sub-limits and exclusions need the policy wording.
- A premium only applies to the fixed basis above. Building age, district, property type and claims history all move the quote you actually get.
- Price is not the whole comparison: exclusions, excesses, per-category limits and the claims process usually decide whether a loss is paid.
